Welcome to Excel Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Bozeman and Manhattan, Montana.  Our company, a therapist-owned physical therapy practice, was founded in 2001 with the values of quality, excellence and innovation.  Our licensed and certified physical therapists, David Coletta, MPT, CMPT; Jeff Moore, DPT, MTC and Amy Pakula, DPT, are dedicated to providing the highest level of orthopedic manual and sports physical therapy in the Gallatin Valley.

Local referral sources have come to depend on a higher level of physical therapy when sending their patients to our clinics.  Many of our patients are able to see our therapists without referrals from practioners through Montana's direct access insurance rules.

We are participating/preferred providers for Allegiance, Assurant, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, EBMS, InterWest Health, Health InfoNet, Medicare, MUS, MUST, New West and certified providers for Tricare and MHS (MT State Fund Managed Care).

We submit your insurance claims for your convenience and coordinate your auto and workman's compensation claims.  Working as a team member with your physician and insurance adjustor, our goal is to reduce your administrative burden so you can concentrate on your physical therapy treatment program and return to your optimum lifestyle.

Many of our patients' health insurance companies provide for direct access to physical therapy where doctor referrals are not required for reimbursement including Medicare.  Check with your insurance company or call our office so we can help you determine this option.

*The MTC (Manual Therapy Certification) and CMPT (Certified Manual Physical Therapist) designation demonstrates advanced clinical skill, knowledge and overall excellence in manual therapy by rigorous examination through internationally recognized educational institutions and professional organizations such as University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and NAIOMT, North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
